The first week of Help Desk was filled with learning of drones and how they work. We had a chance to learn about drone safety and even got to fly the Parrot Drones around the library. Then we got to fly the Mavic Drone outside and that was a cool experience. With it going up almost 200 ft and traveling to the end of the student parking lot. We also started to learn about the new Mosyle Device Manager that is going on the iPads of the students here at BHS. Some students were coming down needing help restarting/installing the software and some needed help resetting their password.
